📦 Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipping.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

🚚 Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping options.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Expedited (U.S.): 2–3 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (may vary based on destination and customs)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International shipping is available for eligible products to supported destinations. Availability varies by product, size, and fulfillment provider; not every item can ship to every country. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to view the shipping options available for your cart. For questions about a product or destination, contact our team before ordering.

🖼️ Shipping for Artwork & Prints

Artwork and framed prints are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery.
Some items may ship separately depending on the artist or fulfillment provider.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or framed artwork.
Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

💥 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• First, check with neighbors or building staff

• Then contact us at contact@theartstheatre.store with your order number

For packages damaged during shipping, please send a photo and description within 7 days of delivery.

✏️ Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at contact@theartstheatre.store.
