We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipping.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

🖼️ Shipping for Artwork & Prints

Artwork and framed prints are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery.
Some items may ship separately depending on the artist or fulfillment provider.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or framed artwork.
Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

💥 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• First, check with neighbors or building staff

• Then contact us at contact@theartstheatre.store with your order number

For packages damaged during shipping, please send a photo and description within 7 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
