📦 Track Your Order Policy

We understand how important it is to stay updated on your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about tracking your order with us:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Your tracking number

• A link to the carrier’s tracking page

• Tracking details are typically sent 1–3 business days after placing your order.

• If you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number (items may ship separately).

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number. Carriers sometimes delay updates.

• Check your spam/junk folder first.

• If it’s been more than 3 business days since your order, please contact us at contact@theartstheatre.store and we’ll help you out right away.

Some international orders may have limited tracking once they leave the country. Please allow extra time for delivery and updates.
